Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted when prior discussed with us using our contact form or mailing us directly at email@example.com, but the buyer is responsible by the shipping return cost.
If so the return must be shipped with Tracking Number, or Registered Mail as we will refund full cost of the item, or replace for another item which will be done upon the items reception.
If the items have a serious defect, or they’re broken, please contact us upon reception of your package as you have a guarantee included in your package.
At KORTICI we do our best to accurately represent all items in photos and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee 100% that the items are going to be equal as the pictures as they are handmade. Please take that into consideration.
We cannot accept returns and refunds on used jewelry, custom orders and sale items.
If there is something that is important to you in your piece, please describe this to us when you are placing the order on the note at checkout.
The ONLY circumstance under which a Return / Exchange can occur on our expense is if we have sent you a blatantly incorrect item.
We will provide you with convenient return shipping options of the item, in the original condition that it was received by you, and we will send you the correct item.
If you do want to have tracking on your purchase, PLEASE NOTE that in France we have 3 major different international shipping options: the Regular Mail, the Priority Mail with tracking number and the Registered Mail.
We will provide you a refund if you have purchased a shipping with tracking number provided for your item and it has been damaged or lost in shipping as evidenced by tracking information.
REGULAR MAIL option does not make your order eligible for refund.
For that please leave us a message so that we can help you fix the problem, or send me a picture of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving it and we will work a solution with you.
If you are not sure about a purchase, please ask for additional pictures or information before making the purchase.
If you are worried about potential loss or damage during shipping and handling, please choose the shipping option with tracking number, or Registered Mail which have a reasonable optional charge.
We do accept cancellations ONLY if the order has not been prepared and shipped already.
You only pay one shipping fee. Any additional items are included on the same fee, meaning that we cover any extra and additional charge.
Orders over €100 are eligible to an upgrade in shipping with tracking number.
We accept PayPal and Card payment methods through our Payment partner Stripe.
Items purchased but not paid for after 6 hours will be canceled and relisted.
We will send you a message that we’ve successfully received your order after your purchase.
The items will be shipped within 1-5 business days according to each item request, after received payment, unless otherwise notified.
We will gladly ship straight to a “giftee” as well as include a personal note if requested. You just need to leave a message in the “note to seller” at checkout.
If you have any special requests please contact us before you place your order, or as soon as possible. We cannot honor requests that were not discussed before you placed your order.
When we have sent your order, we will notify you that the order has been shipped.
We’ll equally send the tracking number, if your choice was with Tracking Number or Registered Mail.
PLEASE NOTE that NOT ALL packages are traceable. If you purchase with regular shipping, in France, that DOES NOT come with tracking number.
If you want to track your package, please choose on the shipping options given upon checkout.
Your purchase will be shipped to the ADDRESS you have provided at checkout.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you make your purchase. If the item is returned to us by the postal services because of an incorrect address or unclaimed package, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping fees and the shipping fees to resend the item.
While packages generally arrive much SOONER, we leave up to 2 weeks for the item to arrive for Domestic delivery and up to 8 weeks for International delivery time before re-sending/refunding for non delivery.
Take in consideration that during holidays, special seasons and other special occasions according to each country, shipping may take more time, due to post office unpredictable work.
So Priority Upgrades with tracking number are recommended to ensure faster and safer delivery.
Still, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive by the time expected, as it will depend on the carrier.

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimate dates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the postal services work.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
I drop the envelope in the post office letter box and there is no tracking number, no info after or any control to this order (still 99% safe and reliable).

We ship the order with tracking number and you can see the info of your order.
It’s shipped as Registered Mail (with insurance) and it will be provided a tracking number as well. Plus in case of the package gets lost or damaged, we can start a process of tracking it and after all inquiries if it’s not found, you’ll get full refund on your order.

All orders come with a simple yet nice packaging. Also, you may include a message at checkout with a brief note to include as gift (please keep it short so it will fit).

To consider an order as lost you must wait at least 8 weeks and have a valid tracking number.
Though it does not usually take that long, packages have, on rare occasions, an exceptionally long delivery time.
Please double check your shipping address before you contact us and make sure you have the correct one on your missing order.
Orders returned to sender are subject to additional shipping charges to re-ship.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages if your choice was standard shipping.
If you are worried about lost or damaged packages please upgrade to Shipping with tracking number, or registered mail upon checkout.
Many international shipments will incur duties and customs charges. ALL customs fees, import duties, processing fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. Check with your customs office for specifics.
However, we have sold thousands of items and sent packages worldwide and it’s rare to have them inspected by customs. Nonetheless this is one of the main reasons why we ask your phone number at checkout.
Additionally, items and their values will be accurately and honestly described on customs forms – no exceptions. All items are labeled as ‘merchandise’, not as ‘gifts’.
Combined Shipping Policy
We combine shipments for customers purchasing more than one item.
You can purchase 1 or 10 items, your shipping cost will have one fee only.
Purchases above €100 are eligible to get an upgrade on shipping at our expense.
Shipping costs are not only the actual value of the postage paid to the post office but are also partially covering our cost to deliver your items to you including materials as bubble mailers, bubble wrap, printer ink, paper, packing tape, fees, handling and more
